This mixes really well into oatmilk, with no noticeable flavor or texture. It mixes fairly well into yogurt if there’s enough of flavorful yogurt. The issue trying feed a sensitive toddler who doesn’t each large quantities and is very observant about flavor/texture changes. Thicker oatmeal doesn’t really work, nor does Mac & cheese or rice. More water oatmeal could work or possibly mash potatoes but she wont eat those.
We’ve been successful with adding it to her oatmilk, sometimes yogurt, and also flavored water. It does add a tiny bit of sweetness & opacity, but mixed in with squirts of water flavoring it’s not noticeable. So far she hasn’t thought anything about it looking different so we just don’t say anything.
I’m getting more and hopefully we’ll find more ways to get the extra calories/nutrients in with the foods she eats.
