Misleading information

I purchased a 4 pack box of formula labeled 30.4oz each. What I received were smaller 27oz packages. The total cost per ounce wound up costing us considerably more than if we had purchased from our local grocery store. It’s unfortunate since the only reason we bought from this company was because it appeared to be the most cost effective option. Since emailing the company about the issue, I have not received a response other than the intial automated response telling me “someone will contact you” but that was 7 days ago.
